The meeting started at about 6.45pm with an open prayer by Pastor Okotie. The
chairman welcomed members and the minutes of the last meeting were read and
adopted by members. The chairman lamented the fact that we have not been
able to implement any of the ideas the board came up with during our successive
meetings.
