Our meeting started at about 6.15pm with an opening prayer by Jerry. The
chairman welcomed members and explained the circumstances that led to our
meeting being moved to a Sunday. The minutes of the last meeting were read and
adopted by members. Members were briefed about the securing of greenwood
cultural center for our upcoming independence celebration. The secretary
informed the house that Tulsa Community College Northeast Campus has agreed
to host our symposium on the 2ndof November.
