Our meeting started at about 6:50pm with an opening prayer by Pastor Okotie. In
the absence of the chairman, the secretary was asked to lead the deliberation for
the day. The minutes of the last meeting were and adopted by members. The
financial update for the association was read by the financial secretary. He once
again asked that we pay up our dues. The summary of the accounts at the end of
July was as follows.
