The meeting started at about 6.45pm with an opening prayer by Clinton. The
chairman welcomed members. The munities of the last meeting were read and
adopted by members. Members were briefed by the chairman about a Nigerian
who is stranded here and would need our support. This Nigerian was staying in an
abandoned house on the north side of town. Neighbors who found out that he is a
Nigerian called our phone line and left us a message.
