The meeting started at 6.50pm with an opening prayer from Clinton Obene. The
chairman welcomed members and highlighted some of the main ideas the board
came up with during our board meeting. Among these are the setting up of a
welfare committee that would deal with any situation members or new members
would be confronted with before the full house gets involved, speakers on various
topics of interest to members during our various meetings and the meeting he
had with a representative of the youth group that wanted their own organization.
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted by Moses and Clinton after
amendments were made.
